			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m giving you 12 amazing tips on outsourcing. These are the most important things that you need to know right now. This is advice you can take to the bank.</p>
<p>For the last 18 months, I&#8217;ve gone absolutely crazy with outsourcing. I make a huge investment in outsourcing every single month. If you&#8217;re serious about your online business, <em>you must do the same</em>.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s jump into my 12 outsourcing tips:</p>
<p>First, <strong>you need to first filter people based on quality</strong>. There are many people available at many price points but quality can be harder to find. So, seek out people with strong skills and then start filtering on price. You can always negotiate prices lower by putting people in competition with each other. And, you can drive prices down by letting them know that you expect a quantity discount. Buy in bulk.</p>
<p>Second, <strong>you need to use outsourcing to augment your strengths</strong>. Just because you are good at something, don&#8217;t think you&#8217;re absolutely on top of your game. It never hurts to get outside advice. A good example is this: Get someone else to do tedious research on a topic, then use that report to clarify your ideas and your thinking. This is pure magic.</p>
<p>Third, <strong>seek to eliminate or reduce redundant tasks</strong>. Have someone else handle the routine tasks, even if you like those tasks. A good example is posting blog entries. There&#8217;s no reason you need to be in the blog updating business. Sure, you might write the content, but have someone else find a good image, develop the tags, choose the title, select the category and so on. For a few bucks you can get some real talent to handle this routine task.</p>
<p>Fourth, <strong>you really need a good project tracking system</strong> or the management of your workers will become your new job. Do you really want to spend hours and hours being a manager? Do yourself a favor and find smart ways to handle outsourced work and outsourced workers. Have smart systems in place. Get daily updates and ask for exception reports. Make it simple. Make it clean. But, don&#8217;t think for a minute these folks will manage themselves. Find a way to stay on top&#8230; with minimal effort.</p>
<p>Fifth, you should <strong>seek to build longer term relationships with workers</strong>. The cost of training is very high, both in terms of money and time. Especially time! So, try to find quality workers right out of the gate. This will absolutely drive higher quality. Also, as time goes on, you&#8217;ll become a top customer. That means better pricing, faster response time and higher quality from the same workers.</p>
<p>Sixth, always <strong>seek out people who pay attention to the details</strong>. I learned this one the hard way. I thought I should get more people who balanced operations and strategy. However, I operate quite differently now. You need to find people who are great at operations and execution. You want people who are detail oriented or downright anal about their work. I&#8217;d rather have someone obsess over quality and deadlines than coming up with the next big idea or fancy pants strategy. I can do that well enough, thank you very much.</p>
<p>Seventh, you must <strong>manage the basics first: requirements, ownership, timeframe, expectations</strong>. Don&#8217;t try to manage entire systems and don&#8217;t try to manage a vision, at least not a first. Instead, stick to the essentials and getting the job done. Manage outputs and delivery. Manage deliverables first and then time. This will keep your project on track at a reasonable cost. The greater you can focus on the details for your workers when they start, the great your return on investment and profits. Trust me on this.</p>
<p>Eighth, <strong>be prepared to do <em>more</em> work in the short term</strong>. This is because you will want to invest in training. If you think you can simply hand over work without some hand holding, you will be frustrated. You might even fail. Either way, without an upfront investment in time and energy, you want maximize your outsourcing opportunities. If you do this right, you&#8217;ll be extremely happy in the long run. I&#8217;ve learned this the hard way&#8230; but now I&#8217;m happy as a clam!</p>
<p>Ninth, you should <strong>always provide concrete, actionable advice. Don&#8217;t be vague. </strong>Don&#8217;t expect other people to read your mind. This is especially true if you&#8217;re only using email to communicate with your outsourcing team. If they can&#8217;t see you and hear you, they simply will not understand the nuances and ultra small details that really matter to you. So, buckle down and get as specific as possible, unless you&#8217;re willing to iterate several times. Also, don’t be afraid to ask for rework. If you&#8217;re not at least 90% happy, then ask for more work to be done. Ask for higher quality. But, be sure to be concrete.</p>
<p>Tenth, <strong>don’t throw &#8220;it&#8221; over the wall and expect miracles</strong>. In terms of an operational mode, it is smart to plan for several iterations and cycles. Instead of giving one date for a final product, ask for 2-3 checkpoints or updates along the way. Do this even with small projects that just take a few days. Ask for daily updates. Important: Ask to literally see the work. Get screenshots, samples and other tangibles. This will drive your team to deliver on time but it also gives you peace of mind and more material to manage them. Do this to work with your team vs. trying to just manage their outputs.</p>
<p>Eleventh, <strong>develop systems and templates and examples</strong>. If you don&#8217;t have these materials, it&#8217;s time to get to work. You want to have tools and processes in place for others to use and exploit. Rather than trying to explain what you want done, set up a mini &#8220;factory&#8221; that allows your team to crank out high quality without a ton of thinking. You want to focus on work and execution, not puzzle solving and mind reading. Be smart about developing those systems and you&#8217;ll make a killing. This is golden advice.</p>
<p>Lastly, I strongly encourage you to <strong>ask your workers for advice on increasing efficiency</strong>. Since they are doing tasks over and over again, they will develop shortcuts. It&#8217;s human nature. Listen to your team and they will help you drive up profits. They will become more &#8220;invested&#8221; in you and your business. Plus, if they create a breakthrough, you can move them to a zone of higher profit. That is, for the same amount of effort, they can help you make more money!</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s a nice summary of my points above. <strong>This is your cheat sheet. </strong>It&#8217;s your checklist&#8230;</p>
<p>1.	Go for quality first and price second. I’m talking about filtering people.<br />
2.	Seek to augment your strengths (e.g., research to feed your thinking)<br />
3.	Seek to get rid of your redundant tasks (e.g., posting content to your blog)<br />
4.	You need a good tracking system or management of workers is your new job<br />
5.	Seek to build longer term relationships; higher quality and preference<br />
6.	Always seek out people who pay attention to the details; operations vs. strategy<br />
7.	Manage the basics first: requirements, ownership, timeframe, expectations<br />
8.	Be prepared to do more work in the short term; invest in training<br />
9.	Always provide concrete, actionable advice; don’t be afraid to ask for rework<br />
10.	Don’t throw it over the wall; iterations and cycles; work with your team<br />
11.	If you don’t have systems and templates and examples, get to work<br />
12.	Always, always, always ask your workers for advice on increasing efficiency</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today I was in a room with John Reese, Jeff Walker, Brad Fallon, Joe Polish, Eben Pagan, John Carlton and many other &#8216;notable people&#8217; in the internet marketing world. I swear I&#8217;m not saying this to simply name drop. </p>
<p>I&#8217;m just setting the stage for this&#8230;</p>
<p>They were all in learning mode. Like little kids in 3rd grade! It was almost funny, except for the very serious focus and &#8216;heads down&#8217; activities. </p>
<p>They were listening to someone <em>else</em> talk. They were talking notes, they were filling out forms and they were in little groups sharing ideas and experiences. They were planning. They were developing their strategies. <em>Like you.</em> Like me. </p>
<p>My key point is that even these folks are hungry to <em>learn more</em>. They are looking for new systems, new opportunities and new partners. They are human with human needs. And, they are smart about building wealth and staying focused. <strong>Education is key</strong> &#8212; investing in your business is extremely smart.</p>
<p>Now, what they learned &#8212; and what I learned &#8212;  was extremely valuable. But, it&#8217;s a topic for another day. What matters to you is this&#8230;</p>
<p>There are absolutely several &#8220;levels&#8221; of business evolution. It&#8217;s next to impossible to go from making $5 per day to $500 per day in less than 30 days. Sure, it can happen, but it&#8217;s rare. Extremely rare.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s what&#8217;s also rare &#8211;</p>
<p>Too many people make $5 per day or $10 per day, or, whatever amount. But then, rather than using their knowledge and systems&#8230; they squander the opportunity to learn and grow. They stagnate. They give up or even <em>blow up</em>.</p>
<p>Why?</p>
<p>Well, one big reason is simple <strong>lack of access to the right information</strong> at the right time.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you&#8217;re looking to make money <strong>you need to be a professional</strong>. Some people will tell you that being professional means being <em>honest</em>. Others will tell you that it means <em>earning respect</em>. Well, sometimes being professional means &#8220;beating&#8221; people over the head 7 times!</p>
<p>Let me explain before you judge this&#8230;</p>
<p>If you only mention something once to people it is very likely they will not absorb even a single word. The world is full of stress and pressure. It&#8217;s full of <strong>information fatigue</strong>. If your product or service comes with a fair price and delivers incredible value, you are obligated to push hard. </p>
<p>Unfortunately, it takes incredible work to reach customers now. And, it takes multiple exposures to break through. Plenty of research suggests that it takes <strong>5-7 exposures before action is taken</strong>. That is serious business.</p>
<p>So, being consistent, and being persistent, is a real duty. Your customers actually need to hear form you often, perhaps even 1-2 times per day. But again, it all depends on the value you provide. </p>
<p>If you have nothing new to share, well, then don&#8217;t share. But, if your market is changing every day (like internet marketing) then it&#8217;s really important to &#8220;say it 7 times&#8221; to <em>cut through the clutter</em>.</p>
<p>The highest paid professionals hit their prospects multiple times with the same offer. They might change some words or add some extra special details, but, that core offer is repeated again and again. You should think about that too&#8230; and you should seek out real value. It&#8217;s the professional thing to do.</p>
<p>One last note. <strong>Consistency comes in many forms</strong>. It comes from regular emails It comes from continuity of messages over time. And, it comes from relationships that are formed over time. Think about who you want to work with, and think about how you can delivery professional value to your customers. <em>It can boost your income by thousands of dollars per month.</em></p>

<p><strong>Novice marketers are looking to acquire cash by selling their products.</p>
<p>Experienced marketers are looking to acquire new customers by selling their products.</strong></p>
<p>Experienced marketers know that many (if not MOST) customers will purchase from you over and over again&#8230;if they are happy with the product or services that you offered.</p>
<p>Novice marketers forget about their old customers and are constantly trying to find new ones. Experienced marketers know the value of old customers and are constantly trying to find out ways to help loyal customers purchase more products or services from them and to provide more value.</p>
<p>Although some marketers claim that contacting your customers too frequently is a &#8220;bad thing,&#8221; I&#8217;m going to go out on a limb and heartily disagree. Your customers are always begging to get closer to you, to know more about you, and to benefit from your knowledge.</p>
<p>Help them!</p>
<p>Provide new information, videos, manuals, checklists and more to help benefit your customers with whatever problems they happen to be having&#8230;<strong>give approximately 30 to 40% of our secrets away for FREE.</strong> You can&#8217;t give away enough&#8230;</p>
<p>When people see the quality of your FREE content, even if it&#8217;s delivered constantly, they&#8217;ll want to find out more and get more information from you. Then, they&#8217;ll buy&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>The lesson:</strong> Don&#8217;t be put off by what other people have told you about contacting your customers. Contact them frequently &#8211; but make it worth their time to read your e-mails. Don&#8217;t just sell them!</p>

<p>As you&#8217;d probably expect, a lot of people come to John and I asking us for our help. Now, you should know that I consider myself a helpful person&#8230;and that I wish we could help everyone who wants to get out of their job and start a new life.</p>
<p>The problem is that we simply CAN&#8217;T help every single person that knocks on our door, even when they try to throw lots of money at us. Most people simply can&#8217;t handle being in the Internet Marketing business, and if we help the people that can&#8217;t handle the business, then it&#8217;s a gigantic waste of time.</p>
<p>Here are some of the most common reasons we reject many prospective students:</p>
<p><strong>1.) Most people don&#8217;t have the persistence to make it in Internet Marketing.</strong></p>
<p>Like it or not, Internet Marketing is a &#8220;real&#8221; business. Sure, you don&#8217;t have to report to a boss, but <strong>YOU ARE YOUR OWN BOSS</strong>. Who should you work harder for than yourself?</p>
<p>I see so many new marketers give up when they don&#8217;t start making money in the first 30 days. It takes PERSISTENCE. It&#8217;s a real business, but it&#8217;s way less risky&#8230;you don&#8217;t have $1,000s in upfront investment sitting on the line.</p>
<p>Keep your head up and KEEP GOING. Most people can&#8217;t do that.</p>
<p><strong>2.) Most people can&#8217;t handle rejection and criticism.</strong></p>
<p>When we mentor new clients in our internet marketing mentorship, we often have make a list of significant and immediate changes that need to be made to their websites. This outrages a lot of people who think they &#8220;know better&#8221; than we do.</p>
<p>In fact, we may tell you to scrap an entire project. It might be your dream project. It might be the one that you&#8217;re convinced will make you rich.</p>
<p>Could you handle being told that? Most people can&#8217;t.</p>
<p><strong>3.) Most people refuse to think big.</strong></p>
<p>I have a powerful theory: People who are already making decent money online (more than $1,000 per month) can almost ALWAYS expand their business a minimum of 10x, into the $10,000 per month range.</p>
<p>In these situations, the mentored student typically is NOT:</p>
<p>* Exploiting all of the traffic they have<br />
* Exploiting all of the additional marketing opportunities they have<br />
* Focusing all efforts on building the list<br />
* Exploiting existing relationships<br />
* Building future relationships<br />
* Finding new sources of customers</p>
<p>A mentor can often help them bigger, but it often requires the student to step out of their comfort zone and do things &#8220;bigger and better.&#8221; A lot of them can&#8217;t do it. </p>
<p><strong>4.) Most people want a handout.</strong></p>
<p>This is the most frustrating thing to me. We have perfectly good potential mentorship students approach us and then just completely lose the opportunity when they ask us to do everything for them for free.</p>
<p>Yes, believe it or not, we get a lot of &#8220;help!&#8221; requests from Internet Marketers making over $1,000 per month who aren&#8217;t willing to re-invest their profits and want handouts.</p>
<p>Nothing turns us off faster than hearing someone ask us &#8220;can you do it for free?&#8221;</p>
<p>But it&#8217;s NOT for the reason you think &#8211; it&#8217;s not about the money. It&#8217;s because people like that are so uptight they aren&#8217;t willing to take risks and make investments to grow their business.</p>
<p><strong>5.) Most people don&#8217;t &#8220;love&#8221; Internet Marketing or their business enough.</strong></p>
<p>It shocks me how many people get lucky in this business. I&#8217;ve talked with people who own $1,000+ per month online businesses but don&#8217;t really care about the actual marketing. They don&#8217;t have the passion or love to grow their business.</p>
<p>Nothing is worse than someone who is just in it for the money. You gotta have that drive to help people and grow your business to a whole new level. The bigger your business, the more people you can help&#8230;.and THEN the money will come (rushing in at a faster rate than you can process it.)</p>
<p><strong>6.) Most people won&#8217;t stick to timelines.</strong></p>
<p>While I often have a lot of lazy days, I&#8217;m very strict about meeting my deadlines for projects. When projects aren&#8217;t completed on the timelines that we establish, bad things happen:</p>
<p>* Sales slow down<br />
* Traffic slows down<br />
* Lists become stale<br />
* SEO potential decreases<br />
* Customers become bored<br />
* Skills become rusty</p>
<p>You MUST set a schedule for yourself and stick to it. When you have timelines and that &#8220;drive&#8221; to get things done, money flows to you.</p>
<p><strong>7.) Most people won&#8217;t follow instructions.</strong></p>
<p>Argh. This is probably the most frustrating. We get a lot of people that seem to do EVERYTHING else right&#8230;but don&#8217;t follow our instructions. We tell them exactly what they need to grow their business, and then they decide to either &#8220;add their own twist&#8221; to our instructions, flat out refuse to follow them, or (in the worst cases) completely disappear.</p>
<p><strong>8.) Most people are too desperate.</strong></p>
<p>Desperate people do crazy things and often make poor decisions. If you&#8217;re stuck in a position where your internet marketing business isn&#8217;t making any money and your back is against the wall, you&#8217;re going to do desperate things.</p>
<p>The problem in Internet Marketing is that you&#8217;re going to LOSE a LOT of the time. Your offers and traffic won&#8217;t convert and you&#8217;ll get nothing. BUt, other times you can have HUGE wins.</p>
<p>If keeping a roof over your head is depending on the success of a product launch, you&#8217;re getting into very risky territory. You need a stable income so that you can work without being stressed and feverish.</p>
<p><strong>9.) Most people are too scared.</strong></p>
<p>Whether it&#8217;s being scared of success, scared to try new things, scared to think about of the box, scared to take risks or one of the other 1,000 things there are to be &#8220;scared&#8221; of, most people simply have too much FEAR to make it big in the Internet Marketing business.</p>
<p><strong>10.) Most people won&#8217;t systemize their business.</strong></p>
<p>This is BIG. You need to be working ON your business, not IN your business. Remember, you are the mastermind of your own business&#8230;you control everything. If you owned a McDonalds, wouldn&#8217;t you want to have everything systemized so that other people did all of the hard work for you? After all, the owner shouldn&#8217;t be making burgers all day.</p>
<p>One thing we try to do for all of our mentored students is provide a framework for systemizing some of the &#8220;basic&#8221; stuff in their internet marketing business&#8230;content updates, traffic generating articles, videos and websites, customer support, and more. It&#8217;s not just about outsourcing&#8230;it&#8217;s about having a concrete SYSTEM for you and your employees to follow and grow.</p>
<p>So, with all of that said&#8230;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m going to reveal my <strong>Top 5 Micro Niche Secrets</strong>. But, before I do that, <em>I&#8217;m blowing the whistle&#8230;</em></p>
<p>The truth is that all big niches are taken. They are occupied. They are dominated. And, you cannot compete in these niches. You will waste time and money. <em>You will lose.</em></p>
<p><em>Sidebar:</em> I have a confession. I&#8217;ve tried to compete against the big boys. I&#8217;ve spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars trying to get a permanent top 10 position in Google for the big niches.</p>
<p>&#8230;but, I&#8217;ve always failed.</p>
<p>Sure, I can get into the top 10 for a short period. However, it&#8217;s impossible to stay there because I don&#8217;t have billions of dollars to spend and I don&#8217;t have 2,000 man hours per week to burn. </p>
<p>I&#8217;ll explain why that &#8220;staying power&#8221; is so critical in just a minute&#8230;</p>
<p>First, read this warning: Competitors in big niches have more cash and more power than you. You can win short term advantage but you cannot win in the long run. It just ain&#8217;t possible. </p>
<p>Having a <strong>permanent top 10 position</strong> is critical for <em>one reason</em>. I want to dominate a position &#8212; and stay there &#8212; without any future investments or any future work. </p>
<p>Domination to me means <em>set-n-forget</em>. That&#8217;s because I want <strong>AUTOPILOT CASH</strong>. That kind of business operation is not possible in big niches that attract big companies. Big companies have deep pockets and a blood-thirsty desire to kill. </p>
<p>(Business truth: <em>Goliath usually kills David</em>.)</p>
<p>I&#8217;m not lazy and I&#8217;m not stupid. However, I like doing work just once. I like pulling down cash again and again, with no additional effort. The only way this can be done in niche marketing is by going after&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>Micro Niche Markets</strong>.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m now going to reveal my Top 5 Micro Niche Secrets.  This is why you&#8217;re here.</p>
<p>1. <strong>You must understand customer demand</strong>. But, not just any demand. You need to find niches that are full of people looking for stuff to buy. You don&#8217;t want researchers. You don&#8217;t want people looking for information. You want people who are <em>ready to buy</em>. They think in terms of words like: buy, used, discount, coupon, purchase, and best price. They are many, many words like this&#8230; floating around in their minds. You need to tap into this demand in these niches. <em>Related Hint:</em> I tend to look for niches where there are at least 1,000 searches per month by people ready to buy.</p>
<p>2. <strong>You need to understand commericial intent</strong>. This is a fancy way of saying that some words in some niches indicate a bias. In some niches people are ready to buy. But, it&#8217;s not always easy or obvious to tell this. When someone types &#8220;iphone case&#8221; into Google, do you know if they are researching or ready to buy? You must know this or you&#8217;ll just be helping people who are reading and researching, not people who are ready to buy. Again, you want to be in a niche with thousands of hungry and desperate buyers. </p>
<p>3. <strong>You need to be in a premium niche</strong>. You need to stay out of niches where the average product price is only $5-10, or some other low dollar amount. You want to be in niches where there are <em>ultra high profit margins</em> (e.g., information products) or high prices with high commissions. You&#8217;re not dealing with huge volume so you must deal with huge price. </p>
<p>4. <strong>You must go with everygreen</strong>. What I mean is that you should go with niches that have long lasting power. Stay away from fads unless you can instantly dominate the niche and pull down huge cash with very little effort. I personally stay away from trends and fads (e.g., Pokemon, Chia Pets) and stick with evergreen (e.g., stop smoking, weight loss, make money). Of course, I enter into a micro niche not the big niche. </p>
<p>5. <strong>You must understand supply</strong>. In a micro niche, you will only know your chances of success if you know your competition. The only way to know the truth about your competition is to know the &#8220;supply&#8221; of available pages, sites, and products. If demand is high but competition is low you can win. However, if competition is high but supply is also high, your chances of success go way down. You want to stack the deck in your favor. <em>You want an unfair advantage</em>. You want to be the giant ogre who goes into the kindergarten class and beats up everyone, including the teacher.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m going to reveal ONE MORE BONUS SECRET.</p>
<p>This one could make all the difference.</p>
<p>6. <strong>You need to understand the strength of your competition</strong>. Most people get this wrong. In fact, most people ignore this entirely. Let&#8217;s look at an example. If there are only 10 competitors, you might think you might win. But, if those competitors are Dell, Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, SAP, Coca Cola, Disney, McDonalds, Apple and Toyota, guess what&#8230; you will lose. You need to know how strong your competitors are. It&#8217;s essential. Just knowing the number of competitors is not enough. You need to know quantity and quality both. Most people ignore this <em>so they get crushed</em>. Hint: With organic search engine traffic, the strength of a competitor can be determined by their SEO strength&#8230; proper use of title tags, keywords, and on their page integrity. </p>
<p><em><strong>Don&#8217;t stop reading.</strong></em> What comes next is essential&#8230;</p>
<p>In the near future, I&#8217;m going to reveal a tool that I use every single time I&#8217;m looking for a micro niche. In fact, just this weekend I used this tool to find 10 ultra high quality, premium domain names. Dominating those micro niches will be very simple. I&#8217;ll need just 2-3 pages of content, some traffic juice, and I&#8217;ll pull down between $20-500 per niche per month, for <em>years and years</em>. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A good friend of mine is <em>freaking out today</em>. He found out that his job is probably going to be cut. They&#8217;ve told him that his whole division is &#8220;redundant&#8221; due to a recent merger. That is a <strong>death sentence</strong>.</p>
<p>Of course the fat cats are getting outstanding packages. Unlike my friend, they have &#8220;golden parachutes&#8221; and a couple of the executives have actually been promoted.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s true! They make <em>more</em> money&#8230; by putting a bullet in your brain&#8230;</p>
<p>My friend tells me that there&#8217;s a lot of anger at the plant. There&#8217;s outrage. People are really upset. But more importantly&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>There is FEAR.</strong></p>
<p>I see it in the eyes of my friend&#8230; but I also smell fear in the small town where I live. It&#8217;s intense. You could cut it with a knife.</p>
<p><em>But here&#8217;s what really matters&#8230;</em></p>
<p>The reason there is so much fear is simple. And, it&#8217;s not the job cuts. Most people would simply say: &#8220;I&#8217;m going to lose my job. Man, I am sh#$%ing my pants!&#8221;</p>
<p>You see&#8230; job cuts kill money flow. <strong>You&#8217;re getting your balls cut off</strong>. The truth is that &#8220;redundancy&#8221; destroys your freedom and control.</p>
<p>You&#8217;re not equal. You&#8217;re not a partner. You&#8217;re crushed like a little bug, without a second thought.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s how to think about this&#8230;</p>
<p>People with steady jobs in large companies often feel very safe and secure. I&#8217;ve been there. I know what it&#8217;s like. The steady paycheck makes <em>you believe you&#8217;re in control</em>.</p>
<p>But, you&#8217;re not.</p>
<p>When you work for a big company &#8212; or anyone else! &#8212; you do not have control. Here&#8217;s why: <strong>If you don&#8217;t have your own customers, you don&#8217;t control your destiny. Without a business, someone else is holding the leash and you&#8217;re the dog.</strong></p>
<p>Now, you might think that I don&#8217;t believe in loyalty. But, that&#8217;s 100% wrong. I think loyalty is great, <em>if </em>you&#8217;re loyal to the right people: friends, family, and most importantly CUSTOMERS.</p>
<p>Do you see the radical difference there? The Big Company doesn&#8217;t give a crap about you or your family. &#8220;They&#8221; don&#8217;t care if your house burns down or your dog dies. You&#8217;re just a number. You&#8217;re just a face on a badge. You do not have any power or control.</p>
<p><em>So, let&#8217;s change the game. </em></p>
<p>This could change your life. This is a radical shift&#8230;</p>
<p>First, let&#8217;s talk about working for a monster company. As an employee you&#8217;ve got all your eggs in ONE BASKET. What I mean is that a job gives you 100% of your cashflow. It&#8217;s all or nothing. So, you can go from 100% income to 0% income in the blink of an eye. &#8220;You&#8217;re fired!&#8221; means <em>you lose everything</em>.</p>
<p>In contrast, if you have 100 customers and one of them stops doing business with you&#8230; <em>you&#8217;ve only lost 1% of your income! </em></p>
<p>But, that&#8217;s not as radical as this &#8211;</p>
<p>With a job at a monster company you can only get 3-5% raises, if you&#8217;re lucky. But with a mini-business, <strong>you can increase your cashflow by 500% in a weekend</strong>.</p>
<p>That sounds impossible but it&#8217;s not. Remember, with a business, you&#8217;re in control. There is no ceiling on the cash you can make. <em>This is profound!</em></p>
<p>The smart reader will instantly ask these two questions:</p>
<ol>
<li>How do I learn more about this?</li>
<li>How do I get started?</li>
</ol>
<p>The truth is that you need to understand <strong>how to create a mini-business</strong>. And if you want to do that, you need a model to follow. You absolutely must have a system. You must use the same tools, tips, tricks and secrets that other mini-business entrepreneurs have used.</p>
<p>(If you want to WASTE MONEY&#8230; all you need to do is try starting a mini-business without any plan &#8212; or without any system. <strong>You cannot succeed by shooting in the dark</strong>. &#8220;Blind archery&#8221; is a stupid game to play.)</p>
<p>And, here&#8217;s another secret&#8230;</p>
<p>Once you have a model you need raw material. You need fuel. A car without oil and gas is a total waste of cash, and your time.</p>
<p>The solution for most people is to dump <strong>private label rights </strong>(PLR) products into your new mini-business. To put it another way, you can create a mini-business (start to finish!) in a weekend just by using the right model and some high quality PLR.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m going to share my thinking about <strong>desperate buyers</strong> and <strong>hungry markets</strong> in just a moment. First, I want to set the stage for you.</p>
<p>I have a very nice home office. It&#8217;s large and overly comfortable. I have monster-sized windows with a great view overlooking a lush green valley &#8212; at least until the snow flies. I appreciate that it&#8217;s a killer office. It was a great investment and I have to tell you that I just love it. </p>
<p>My brother and I were sitting in my office just a few days ago. We started talking about launching new products in new markets. We were specifically talking about giving the right people the right stuff at the right time. </p>
<p>We know that marketing &#8212; <em>particularly selling</em> &#8212; is the alignment of wants and needs to appropriate solutions. Burn that word into you mind: <strong>alignment</strong>. We know that some people would rather use the word congruence than alignment. But alignment is easier to grasp. Congruence tends to imply agreement whereas alignment is more about matching. It&#8217;s that alignment, or matching, that I want to talk about right now.</p>
<p>People tend to say &#8220;desperate buyers&#8221; and &#8220;hungry markets&#8221; at the same time, as if they are the same thing. The reality is that they are not the same. In fact, there are two fundamental differences that you absolutely must understand.</p>
<p><strong>Desperate buyers have an immediate need</strong>. These buyers are trying to get answers right now to solve a problem that is causing them great pain. Desperate buyers will usually reach a breaking point, or they have a deadline to meet. I&#8217;ll talk more about this in a minute.</p>
<p><strong>Buyers in a hungry market, on the other hand, have an immediate need <em>plus future needs to satisfy</em></strong>. People in a hungry market can often delay gratification or push off pain in the short term but the wants and needs do not go away. The itch doesn&#8217;t go away.</p>
<p>It might sound like I am &#8220;splitting hairs&#8221; and I know that desperate buyers sound very much like people in a hungry market. In fact, some desperate buyers are just part of a hungry market &#8212; that&#8217;s true. But, there are differences that can have a profound impact on your business. </p>
<p>The best way to understand the difference is to provide examples. <strong>When someone is going through a divorce they are usually desperate</strong>. They are consumed by this life event and they will drink down as much information as possible. They will do anything to reduce the pain and understand how to get the problem solved. However, this pain will eventually go away &#8212; the divorce will eventually occur. </p>
<p>On the other hand, <strong>investors are constantly looking for new and better information</strong>; they&#8217;re hungry. They aren&#8217;t truly desperate but they always want more. Like desperate buyers, they have an itch to scratch. But, that itch never goes away and they will seek new information constantly in an effort to get the upper hand, or otherwise get an &#8220;unfair&#8221; advantage.</p>
<p>So, desperate buyers tend to be a bit <em>more focused</em>. They also tend to think more in the <em>short term</em>. People in a hungry market are a bit less focused (because they are less desperate) and they think and act in relation to the long term. I realize this isn&#8217;t 100% accurate but it&#8217;s mighty close.</p>

Desperate buyers require short sales cycles and quick, punchy results. On the other hand, in a hugnry market you can stretch out the marketing funnel and do more pre-sales. I guarantee that this kind of thoughtful alignment will <strong>put more money in your pocket</strong>.</p>

<p>The networking was invaluable, of course, but what was really cool were the different ideas that we pulled out of the seminar. All of the speakers were people (including ourselves) who are making a significant amount of money every single month.</p>
<p>What really interested us, though, was the fact that so many people are making money online in different ways. For example, one of the speakers, Gene Pimentel, researches high quality domain names and then sells them (some to the tune of 5 figures.)</p>
<p>He doesn&#8217;t do any backlink building, he just puts a 200 word snippet on his website that says he&#8217;s accepting offers, and that&#8217;s IT. It&#8217;s working out like <em>gangbusters</em> for him.</p>
<p>He includes a step-by-step process of EXACTLY how he did it. We taught a couple people the system (they&#8217;ve <em>never made money online</em> before) and it REALLY &#8220;sunk in&#8221; for them. It&#8217;s great if you only have a few minutes per day, and it provides huge income if you do it right.</p>
<p>One of our buddies, Michael Gunn, who also spoke at the Earn1KaDay seminar, is making a killing online, too. If I remember right, he was making a couple thousand per month using his niche domination techniques at the time of the seminar. Fast forward about 5 months, and now he&#8217;s <strong>dangerously close to the 6 figure mark.</strong> VERY cool.</p>
<p>His presentation was absolutely awesome for anyone interested in truly &#8220;crushing it&#8221; in niche marketing. The really cool part is that he gives you the exact e-mail templates he&#8217;s using to make that much money during his presentation, so you can almost <strong>just copy and paste.</strong></p>
