Micro Niche Secrets

Posted on December 7th, 2009 in Customers, Simple, Strategies | 17 Comments »

I’m going to reveal my Top 5 Micro Niche Secrets. But, before I do that, I’m blowing the whistle…

The truth is that all big niches are taken. They are occupied. They are dominated. And, you cannot compete in these niches. You will waste time and money. You will lose.

Sidebar: I have a confession. I’ve tried to compete against the big boys. I’ve spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars trying to get a permanent top 10 position in Google for the big niches.

…but, I’ve always failed.

Sure, I can get into the top 10 for a short period. However, it’s impossible to stay there because I don’t have billions of dollars to spend and I don’t have 2,000 man hours per week to burn.

I’ll explain why that “staying power” is so critical in just a minute…

First, read this warning: Competitors in big niches have more cash and more power than you. You can win short term advantage but you cannot win in the long run. It just ain’t possible.

Having a permanent top 10 position is critical for one reason. I want to dominate a position — and stay there — without any future investments or any future work.

Domination to me means set-n-forget. That’s because I want AUTOPILOT CASH. That kind of business operation is not possible in big niches that attract big companies. Big companies have deep pockets and a blood-thirsty desire to kill.

(Business truth: Goliath usually kills David.)

I’m not lazy and I’m not stupid. However, I like doing work just once. I like pulling down cash again and again, with no additional effort. The only way this can be done in niche marketing is by going after…

Micro Niche Markets.

I’m now going to reveal my Top 5 Micro Niche Secrets. This is why you’re here.

1. You must understand customer demand. But, not just any demand. You need to find niches that are full of people looking for stuff to buy. You don’t want researchers. You don’t want people looking for information. You want people who are ready to buy. They think in terms of words like: buy, used, discount, coupon, purchase, and best price. They are many, many words like this… floating around in their minds. You need to tap into this demand in these niches. Related Hint: I tend to look for niches where there are at least 1,000 searches per month by people ready to buy.

2. You need to understand commericial intent. This is a fancy way of saying that some words in some niches indicate a bias. In some niches people are ready to buy. But, it’s not always easy or obvious to tell this. When someone types “iphone case” into Google, do you know if they are researching or ready to buy? You must know this or you’ll just be helping people who are reading and researching, not people who are ready to buy. Again, you want to be in a niche with thousands of hungry and desperate buyers.

3. You need to be in a premium niche. You need to stay out of niches where the average product price is only $5-10, or some other low dollar amount. You want to be in niches where there are ultra high profit margins (e.g., information products) or high prices with high commissions. You’re not dealing with huge volume so you must deal with huge price.

4. You must go with everygreen. What I mean is that you should go with niches that have long lasting power. Stay away from fads unless you can instantly dominate the niche and pull down huge cash with very little effort. I personally stay away from trends and fads (e.g., Pokemon, Chia Pets) and stick with evergreen (e.g., stop smoking, weight loss, make money). Of course, I enter into a micro niche not the big niche.

5. You must understand supply. In a micro niche, you will only know your chances of success if you know your competition. The only way to know the truth about your competition is to know the “supply” of available pages, sites, and products. If demand is high but competition is low you can win. However, if competition is high but supply is also high, your chances of success go way down. You want to stack the deck in your favor. You want an unfair advantage. You want to be the giant ogre who goes into the kindergarten class and beats up everyone, including the teacher.

I’m going to reveal ONE MORE BONUS SECRET.

This one could make all the difference.

6. You need to understand the strength of your competition. Most people get this wrong. In fact, most people ignore this entirely. Let’s look at an example. If there are only 10 competitors, you might think you might win. But, if those competitors are Dell, Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, SAP, Coca Cola, Disney, McDonalds, Apple and Toyota, guess what… you will lose. You need to know how strong your competitors are. It’s essential. Just knowing the number of competitors is not enough. You need to know quantity and quality both. Most people ignore this so they get crushed. Hint: With organic search engine traffic, the strength of a competitor can be determined by their SEO strength… proper use of title tags, keywords, and on their page integrity.

Don’t stop reading. What comes next is essential…

In the near future, I’m going to reveal a tool that I use every single time I’m looking for a micro niche. In fact, just this weekend I used this tool to find 10 ultra high quality, premium domain names. Dominating those micro niches will be very simple. I’ll need just 2-3 pages of content, some traffic juice, and I’ll pull down between $20-500 per niche per month, for years and years.

UPDATE: Coming Soon…

What Are “Private Label Rights?”

Posted on November 24th, 2009 in Advice, PLR, PLR Club | 7 Comments »

Private Label Rights products are a huge gold mine. I love getting my hands on virtually all of the private label rights content I can manage, and then modify it and resell it. It’s one of the big reasons John and I are able to make a lazy six figures per year…we do the work once, and then our private label rights products pump out cash for us, month after month.

It’s absolutely brainless, and anyone can do it. There are so many private label rights products and exploitable markets out there that it’s insane not to try to profit from it.

If you’re new to private label rights content, watch John’s 20 minute video now:

Click Here To Watch John’s “What Is PLR?” Video

It clearly explains what Private Label Rights products are, and how we use them to turn a profit.

Favor, please: If you enjoy the video and found it useful, John would really appreciate it if you left a comment below.

Thanks a lot!

All the best,
Matt Rhodes of “The Rhodes Brothers”

Total Power and Absolute Control

Posted on November 17th, 2009 in Advice, Customers, PLR, Strategies | 15 Comments »

A good friend of mine is freaking out today. He found out that his job is probably going to be cut. They’ve told him that his whole division is “redundant” due to a recent merger. That is a death sentence.

Of course the fat cats are getting outstanding packages. Unlike my friend, they have “golden parachutes” and a couple of the executives have actually been promoted.

It’s true! They make more money… by putting a bullet in your brain…

My friend tells me that there’s a lot of anger at the plant. There’s outrage. People are really upset. But more importantly…

There is FEAR.

I see it in the eyes of my friend… but I also smell fear in the small town where I live. It’s intense. You could cut it with a knife.

But here’s what really matters…

The reason there is so much fear is simple. And, it’s not the job cuts. Most people would simply say: “I’m going to lose my job. Man, I am sh#$%ing my pants!”

You see… job cuts kill money flow. You’re getting your balls cut off. The truth is that “redundancy” destroys your freedom and control.

You’re not equal. You’re not a partner. You’re crushed like a little bug, without a second thought.

Here’s how to think about this…

People with steady jobs in large companies often feel very safe and secure. I’ve been there. I know what it’s like. The steady paycheck makes you believe you’re in control.

But, you’re not.

When you work for a big company — or anyone else! — you do not have control. Here’s why: If you don’t have your own customers, you don’t control your destiny. Without a business, someone else is holding the leash and you’re the dog.

Now, you might think that I don’t believe in loyalty. But, that’s 100% wrong. I think loyalty is great, if you’re loyal to the right people: friends, family, and most importantly CUSTOMERS.

Do you see the radical difference there? The Big Company doesn’t give a crap about you or your family. “They” don’t care if your house burns down or your dog dies. You’re just a number. You’re just a face on a badge. You do not have any power or control.

So, let’s change the game.

This could change your life. This is a radical shift…

First, let’s talk about working for a monster company. As an employee you’ve got all your eggs in ONE BASKET. What I mean is that a job gives you 100% of your cashflow. It’s all or nothing. So, you can go from 100% income to 0% income in the blink of an eye. “You’re fired!” means you lose everything.

In contrast, if you have 100 customers and one of them stops doing business with you… you’ve only lost 1% of your income!

But, that’s not as radical as this –

With a job at a monster company you can only get 3-5% raises, if you’re lucky. But with a mini-business, you can increase your cashflow by 500% in a weekend.

That sounds impossible but it’s not. Remember, with a business, you’re in control. There is no ceiling on the cash you can make. This is profound!

The smart reader will instantly ask these two questions:

  1. How do I learn more about this?
  2. How do I get started?

The truth is that you need to understand how to create a mini-business. And if you want to do that, you need a model to follow. You absolutely must have a system. You must use the same tools, tips, tricks and secrets that other mini-business entrepreneurs have used.

(If you want to WASTE MONEY… all you need to do is try starting a mini-business without any plan — or without any system. You cannot succeed by shooting in the dark. “Blind archery” is a stupid game to play.)

And, here’s another secret…

Once you have a model you need raw material. You need fuel. A car without oil and gas is a total waste of cash, and your time.

The solution for most people is to dump private label rights (PLR) products into your new mini-business. To put it another way, you can create a mini-business (start to finish!) in a weekend just by using the right model and some high quality PLR.

It works…

(To the tune of $100K or more per year. It’s up to you. No limits, no ceiling.)

In an effort to put you in the driver’s seat, and put you in TOTAL CONTROL, I’m going to point you to some awesome resources in the next few days.

I’ve thrown enough at you today. Digest everything. Think about it. And, get ready for what comes next. I won’t let you down…

HINT: We’ve created the best mini-business model in the world. It’s tested and proven. I just used it myself this weekend. It’s literally what we use. And, we’ve also put together the number one program on exploiting private label rights. You cannot find anything better on the topic of PLR. We will reveal BOTH of these products in the near future. Stay tuned!

Take care,

~ John

p.s. You can also start a mini-business while you’re still working in the belly of the beast. You can build up a business on the side, just putting in a few hours each week. A few nights and maybe part of a weekend. In no time… you can make as much with a mini-business as you make working for The Man. Then, you can kill your day job. You can enjoy freedom, power and control.

Ebooks with Resale Rights

Posted on November 12th, 2009 in PLR | No Comments »

I’m going to tell you why internet marketers buy ebooks with resale
rights
. This is definitely worth knowing because it’s a key reason so
many gurus make hundreds of thousands of extra dollars year.
(We make a killing. That’s for sure.)

So, I know from real experience… This is serious stuff…

I’ll explain the concept of resale rights and private label rights
(PLR), but I’ll also explain why so many people are looking to get
their hands on this type of content. And, I’ll touch on something that
can literally make you thousands of dollars, without much effort.

Let’s get rollin’ …

When you buy ebooks with reseller rights you get products that you can
sell to other people. These products are usually PDF reports. In general,
you don’t have the ability to modify the content if you’re just given
resale rights. You can only resell the “frozen” version of the product and
what you get… is what you get. This gives the original content producer
the ability to include their links so that they can make money when you
sell and distribute the product.

In effect, when you buy then sell resale rights ebooks, you are acting
like an affiliate or distribution partner. You’re paying someone else to
sell their stuff. But there is still an advantage to you…

Why would you buy ebooks with resale rights? There are two good reasons.
First, you have the ability to buy a full product for a low cost. Sometimes
a very low cost. But, no matter, it’s still a product you can sell. It’s a way
to develop a cheap inventory. The second reason is that you save an
enormous amount of time. Someone else has created the product for
you. There’s very little work to do, besides driving traffic and selling.
The product production is complete.

I’ll pause here for a second and tell you a secret about content with
resale rights. You can make money selling products with reseller rights.
But, it’s hard to make a lot of money. You ain’t gonna get rich. The
reason is that there are many other people also selling the exact same
product as you. (It’s rare to buy exclusive resale rights.) Since you
cannot modify the content, you’re also losing out on backend sales. That
is, the links in the PDFs and reports are not yours. So, you save money
when you buy these products to resell, but you lose money to strong
competition and no easy backend sales.

But, I have a solution…

Instead of buying ebooks with resale rights, you ought to buy ebooks with
private label rights. With private label rights (PLR), you are given the
rights to sell the content, just like resale rights. But, the difference
is that with PLR, you can also modify the content any way that you want.

That’s the magic. You can replace links with your links. You can update
chapter headings. You can change the name of the product. You can add
your name as the author. The flexibility gives you a real advantage in the
marketplace.

So, I like resale rights but I love PLR. You can do anything you want with
most PLR. You can quickly rewrite it. You can chop PLR ebooks into blog
postings. You can convert the PLR report into an autoresponder membership,
and much more.

Now, here’s another secret… This one is very important. This will make you
stronger than the Incredible Hulk.

Most people think the “power” of PLR is that you get a product that you
can modify. Yes, that’s true and that’s awesome. But the real advantage
of PLR is that you get cheap research. In other words, someone else has
done the hard work for you. Like the painful niche research. They’ve found
the market. They’ve created a good outline for you. They’ve given you a
framework to use. You can exploit the PLR in so many ways once you realize
this truth.

So, when given the choice, and when the price is about the same, always
buy PLR products versus ebooks with resale rights. You get a much bigger
bang for your buck with an investment in PLR.

Now, if you’re really serious about making a killing with PLR then you
have to see PLR Exploitation. There is literally no other product as good
at helping you make money with PLR. It’s what all my platinum coaching
students are reading and using. It’s what you want too…

That’s all for now.

Take care,

~ John

Internet Marketing Course

Posted on August 12th, 2009 in Advice, PLR, Really Simple Method, Reports, Reselling, Simple, Strategies | No Comments »

If you’ve been looking for an internet marketing course, I’m sure you know how difficult it is to find a high value, low cost course. You’ll find prices ranging from $10 to over $2,000 in some cases.

It’s extreme!

When my brother John and I first entered the internet marketing business, we were absolutely overwhelmed by the number of choices. I remember an argument I had with my brother early a couple of weeks after we decided to become internet marketers…

“There’s so many different ways to get started. The Internet Marketing Courses we find are typically too expensive and are too complex for us right now. What do we do?”

We had to find the answer ourselves. Instead of buying the “next best” internet marketing course (some of the “gurus” are launching new products every week) we instead did some research to find the best way to get profiting immediately.

We figured that if we saw the money flowing in as quick as possible, it would motivate us more. We didn’t want to have to wait months for a paycheck.

It was around that time that we discovered the power of products that have Master Resale Rights (MRR) or Private Label Rights (PLR). With PLR and MRR products, you can literally copy and paste to have your own product that you can sell on autopilot.

Other people create entire products and then offer out Master Resale Rights and Private Label Rights to some of the products. Master Resale Rights gives you the ability to resell the product and also sell the resale rights to other people. Private Label Rights gives you the ability to resell the product and also modify the contents of the product.

When modifying the contents of PLR products, you can add in links to your sites (or affiliate links) and take complete credit for writing the material.

So, it’s like creating your own product without any of the work. And, you keep all of the profit.
